Discovery call
Book 20 minutes with David, founder of LeadLoup, no commitment.
If there is a fit, you leave with a costed plan rather than a vague promise.
Book a callWhat happens during the 20 minutes
Before
You book, you get the link. Nothing to prepare: if you have a number in mind, like requests received per month or time spent on follow-ups, it will get used. If not, we find it together during the call.
During
We look at what happens at your place today: where your requests come from, where the file slows down, what it costs you in hours. No company presentation, no slide deck. You talk more than I do.
After
You know whether LeadLoup can help at your place and roughly what it would cost. If the answer is no, you hear it during the call rather than in an email three days later.
What you leave with, even if we never work together
05 deliverables
- A straight read on what is worth automating at your place, and what is not.
- A budget range for the most obvious case, not a spread that runs from 1 to 10.
- The name of the job that matches your situation: an agent that judges, an automation that applies a rule, an integration that moves information, or a costed plan if nothing is clear yet.
- The questions to ask any vendor you talk to afterwards, including when it is not us.
- No proposal to sign before Friday. There is no offer that expires.
What people ask before booking.
- How is a LeadLoup agent different from a standard chatbot?
- A chatbot answers a question. A LeadLoup agent qualifies, follows up and executes. LeadLoup stays at the controls after the rollout: we do not hand over an agent and then disappear.
- What does it cost?
- Scope sets the price: how many agents, how complex, which tools to connect. There is no published grid because every rollout is built to measure. The first call is where your case gets costed.
- We have nobody technical in house. Is that a problem?
- No. LeadLoup designs your agents, deploys them, and stays responsible for them: you have no plan to run and no tool to learn. We connect to what you already use.
- How long before an agent is running?
- Scope counts here too: a simple scenario goes live faster than an integration across several tools. A real schedule comes out of the discovery call, not before.
- Do we keep control once the agent is in place?
- Yes. The agent executes, you keep the decisions. That is the whole logic: LeadLoup stays at the controls of the agent, never of the choices that belong to you.
See what an agent could build inside your business.
