What this site does not do

This site places no cookies on your device and shares nothing with ad networks. Nothing you do here is recorded to recognize you from one visit to the next, and no session is filmed.

Audience measurement

We count page views with PostHog, a tool hosted in the United States. The measurement is deliberately narrow: no cookie and no identifier is kept on your device, so two visits made on different days are not linked to each other. We know how many times a page was viewed, not who viewed it. Session replay is turned off.

What PostHog receives on each page view: the address of the page, the page that sent you there if there was one, your browser, and your IP address, which it uses to place the country. That data therefore leaves Quebec.

The free diagnostic tools

Some pages of this site offer a short diagnostic to fill in. If you choose to use it, you give us your name, your email and your answers. We use them for two things: sending you your report, and writing to you about your request. The email goes out through Resend, and your contact details are kept in the LeadLoup client file, which we host ourselves.

You can ask us at any time to delete what we hold about you, by writing to the address at the bottom of this page. We do it without asking why.

What happens when you book a call

The Book a call button takes you to Cal.com, a third party booking service. What you enter there (name, email, and whatever you choose to write) is handled by Cal.com under its own policy, then passed to LeadLoup to prepare the call. LeadLoup uses it to reach you about your request, and for nothing else.

What LeadLoup keeps

The exchanges tied to your request (emails, call notes) are kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. They are never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for prospecting.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the information LeadLoup holds about you, for its correction, or for its deletion. The request goes to David Cyr, founder, and is handled within the timelines set by Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any host, Vercel records technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) needed to operate and secure the service. LeadLoup does not consult those logs for profiling.

Changes

This page will be updated as soon as the site changes what it collects, in particular when a calculator that emails its result goes live. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.

Reaching us

For any question about this policy, write to David Cyr, founder of LeadLoup, or book a call.
