Who this page is for
The Meta app “LeadLoup Messenger” connects a business's Facebook Page and Instagram account to LeadLoup's “Plus aucune demande perdue” service (no request left behind). This page is for:
- the client business that connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account;
- anyone who wrote to that Page on Messenger or Instagram, or filled in one of its lead ad forms.

Request deletion by email
- Write to david@leadloup.com with the subject line “Data deletion”.
- Say what concerns you. For a business: the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. For a person: the name of the Page you wrote to, and the phone number or email address you gave.
- If we are missing something to find your data, we write to you before acting. The request is then completed within 30 days, and we confirm the deletion by email.
Someone who wrote to a business can also contact that business directly: LeadLoup processes this data on its behalf.
Remove the app's access in Facebook
The business that connected its Page can cut LeadLoup's access at any time, without writing to us:
- In Facebook, open your profile menu, then Settings & privacy.
- Go to Settings › Apps and websites (or Business Integrations).
- Find “LeadLoup Messenger” and choose Remove.
The access token we hold then stops working: LeadLoup can no longer act on your Page. Data already received stays in your register, however, until you ask for its deletion by email as described above. Someone who only wrote to a Page never authorized the app themselves: for them, the email request is the way to go.
What gets deleted
For a client business: its account in the inbox (conversations.leadloup.com), with its conversations and contacts; the requests and history in its register; the encrypted Meta access tokens; the Page, conversation and lead identifiers; and its LeadLoup texting number, which is closed.
For a person: their contact, their conversations and the requests that concern them, at the business they wrote to.
What remains: monthly totals with no personal information (number of reports sent, costs); a number that texted STOP (ARRÊT), kept so that refusal is respected; a record already created in the business's management software (QuickBooks, for example) and the summary email it received, which stay under its control; and our providers' logs (Twilio, Anthropic, Resend), kept under their own rules. Deletion covers what LeadLoup holds: the messages themselves remain in Messenger or Instagram, at Meta, under Meta's own rules.
Timeline
A request is completed within 30 days. Deleted data is removed from our live servers right away. Backup copies are made every night and kept for at most 30 days; a deletion takes effect in them no later than 30 days after that.
